Built in Tacoma
Tacoma is where we were born and raised, and has played such a large role in our growth. We’ve experienced support from the Tacoma community ourselves, and we're passionate about giving it back and helping our neighbors.
Supporting our roots at Bellarmine Prep
Bellarmine Preparatory School gives need-based tuition assistance to more than 40% of their students every year. Corporate sponsorship and donations help to keep such a talented, diverse student body regardless of a family's financial ability.
Johnson Home community makeover with Coldwell Banker Bain
Mike and Linda Johnson were raising their seven grandchildren, ranging in age from 3 to 13, in a house in desperate need of repair. The Tacoma community banded together with Coldwell Banker Bain to give this family a home to grow in.
We love giving back.

Teaching at-risk youth valuable skills with Boat Builders
Pierce County courts see tens of thousands of juvenile cases each year. The majority of these cases are young males, under the age of 17, at a time in their lives where every wrong decision can have profound consequence. Tacoma Boat Builders teach these youths important skills to help them through a turbulent time in their lives.
Bringing affordable, new housing to Tacoma
Housing prices in the Puget Sound have been on the rise for years. More and more homes are being priced into ranges that make it difficult for Tacoma natives to stay in the area. To combat this growing problem, Green Harbor Communities is building a 30-acre development of 60+ small, two- and three-bedroom cottage homes.
